In News: Sat, 27-Apr-2024 RefSeq release 16 totals nonAUG sequences to 618 Sun, 08-Jan-2006 No new mRNA sequence is added in nonAUG in the latest release (version 15) of RefSeq Tue, 22-Nov-2005 nonAUG has 52 explicitly annotated mRNA sequences having non-canonical start codons. 8 new mRNA sequences have been added to nonAUG with the release of RefSeq database version 14 at NCBI. Thu, 06-Oct-2005 168 new mRNA sequences have been added to nonAUG with the release of RefSeq database version 13 at NCBI. nonAUG has a total of 620 entries. Wed, 31-Aug-2005 Designed, developed and launched database of mRNA sequences with non-AUG start codons at the Department of Biological Sciences and Bioengineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India. 136 new mRNA sequences have been added to nonAUG with the release of RefSeq database version 12 at NCBI.
